| | Not really training for mx, just want to stay in shape. *BUT* having a hard time staying on track with all that goes on in my life. My kids are involved in so much stuff that I don't get much free time to work out. Thankfully I have a fairly physical job so I'm still in good shape. I try to hit the gym 3 times a week, but it usually ends up being twice. |

| | I'm a woods guy and Mountain Bike racer but I concentrate on diet OR train everyday. Seasonally of course, I take Jan-March off as far as dedicated workouts but still run, ski, snowboard, play hockey, or ride a few times a week. |

| I pretty much echo what Billy said...I train hard during the season and about a month or so before it...I like to think of November - February as my "fat -n- lazy" months. I do mostly cardio and compliment that with lots of riding and high rep low weight workouts. Steady intake of small but healthy snacks and meals with lots of water all summer.
