Hi guys,

I attened the Maine MMS race on August 8th with my camera equipment. My family was out doing the whole baby shower thing for the day so I decided I'd head out to Lyman for the first time to check it out. I think I got some decent pics and I have 175 of them up on my site. Feel free to have a look and please let me know what you think. Here are a few examples:

Maine State Championship

The MSC was an excellent event, and 207 did a great job. The Track, entertainment, prizes, and racing was all very good. Kudos to The Stewarts and their staff. The Maine riders represented well, and took home several 1st place finishes. All in all, this 2nd Maine State Championship was a great experience. See you next year.

This coming Saturday, we will be opening up the NEW mini track , and the big track will be groomed. Make sure to come this way to enjoy some riding, along with some free hot dogs, and , Iron Clad Energy + Hydration has offered to pass out drinks to!

Nestled alongside the shores of beautiful Sebago Lake, Camp Sunshine provides respite, support, joy and hope to children with life-threatening illnesses and their immediate families through various stages of a child’s illness. The year-round program is free of charge to all families, and includes 24-hour onsite medical and psychosocial support. Bereavement groups are also offered for families who have lost a child to an illness.

I will have Clynk bags available through out the track spectator area's. As well as some in the mx office. All Proceeds will go directly to camp Sunshine. I may not have enough bags by the weekend that are green for Clynk. If nto I will have clear bags with the SampSunshine info attached. If you could please place your bottles and cans in these bags it would be greatly appreciated. If you have any at home bring them along too.

Just some of the fun lthis Saturday at MX 207 Motocross Park - Lyman, Maine - USA, where ASWIM happens. AWSIM Music + Motocross events are being presented by Ironclad Energy and Reynolds Motorsports and feature Maine Music rocking the Ironclad Launch Pad stage while MX bikes fly 70' through the air and East Coast Hoppers...

Price of admission $10.00 per person you get both shows, bands and racing. Racing Starts around 9:30 Bands Start around noon.

it was a cold, windy, muddy and alittle wet day. We practice and raced thru it and moto2 really wasnt that bad. check out the footage :-)

65 Racer wants to get back on

I just talked to 65 rider Richard Caouette's dad and he says his boy is going to be ok. He broke his tibia and fibula in a crash at 207 Sunday. He is casted and the prognosis is good. Richard wants to get back on the bike and says he'll be back racing. He had hit the double double a lap earlier and felt pretty good, and his next attempt didn't work out. We all hope for his full and speedy recovery, and hope to see him back.

OPENING WEEKEND 3/20 - 3/21

As of now (tuesday AM) we are planning on being open this weekend. As long as the sun stays out we shouldnt have a problem. the track is groomed and with the forecast for sun and 50's/60's this week, id say there is a 90% chance of being open.

Track is open Saturday and Sunday for practice, weather looks perfect and the track is in great shape. Next weekend will a NCSC/NEMX race on the 26th, with NESC here Oct.4th and then MMS Oct.11th so come and get all the track time you can!

Saturday after practice NEATV will be hosting a Carnival Night.
*Games for children (donated by Kennebec Community Church)
*Rock Climb Slide (see photo)
*Dunk Tank (see photo)
*Sno-Cone Machine & Popcorn machine

Sunday event will be the successful & exciting Raffle like last year.
racing, home goods, toys, crafts, pictures/posters, be creative!!

Pro-Riders willing to sit in the dunk tank for 20 min. time slots. Popular riders, popular parents, pit crew, sponsors are also welcome to sit in the tank.

All proceeds go directly to RAC; which donates all funds to American Cancer Society of New England.

LOST: Trailer hitch pin

I lost the main pin and the small pin that stops my trailer from tilting on Thursday. I think the small pin wasn't in (I asked somebody to put it in for me, helping me load my bike) and so I suspect the large pin vibrated out and by the time I got home it was gone. Chances are it's not there but just in case somebody found it I figured it was worth asking...

we had a big event in maine.. and there where not many maine riders there. so i'm just asking.... Where was everyone. was it money, where you camping, taking the weekend off? either way you guys, and gals missed at great, two days of racing. the track was groomed like if never seen before. they worked till almost midnight both nights and watered at night. the live band was great, i could hear them clear as day from my fire :D i clocked paul lamb doing 64mph, and the weather couldnt have been any better!!! GREAT JOB MX207 and you're staff!!!

Levi Persson raffle

This weekend at Mx-207's Maine state championship race, MADRacingMX.com, Farrell Produtions, and www.motocross-photo.com and hopefully more are raffling off some great prizes. a RXR youth or adult chest protector, a rider profile dvd(about 15 min), 4 8x10 pics. if everything goes ok... tickets can be bought at the gate, and at MADracing's ez-up, and myself. tickets will be 10 dollars a peice and all money raised will goto Jody Persson to help with the cost of his sons crash last thursday. Levi broke/fractured his pelvis and is gunna be sidelined for a while. Jody also runs TopGearMx at Mx-207, so if you need a tire change or a common part, check them out by the bike wash station. i'd like to thank you in advance for your help :D

Just wanted to give a quick thanx to those that helped get my bike loaded up and to Bill for the "ride of shame" back to my truck, lol. My bike suffered only a dented right radiator and tweaked front end and I fared about the same. A bit banged up and 12 stitches to my left forearm but I should be good to go by this weekend. :D
